It's a hundred degrees out. I'm busy and tired. I can't bring myself to get back into any regular running - I'm lucky if I go once a week. Not only that, but I'm STILL not back in TKD. This is becoming quite a hiatus.

How do you get and keep motivated? Have you ever hit a down time? How do you get out?
